Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions evidences your express request and consent to be contacted by All Seasons with offers of its products and services by telephone, including automated telephone equipment, prerecorded message and facsimile, e-mail and/or mail at the telephone number(s) and address(es) provided, even if your telephone number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or any State managed do not call list.

Any offer of a discounted vacation over the phone is not a free offer, contest, or lottery. The discounted cost of this vacation excludes hotel tax, meals, gratuities, and transportation to and from all vacation destinations. All qualified registrants are required to attend a 90 minutes sales presentation on the benefits of time-share ownership at our partner resorts. You may also be offered the opportunity to purchase airfare, rental cars and extended stay at additional costs.

All Seasons’s vacation package includes a “base” vacation of 8 nights' hotel accommodations, including 6 nights in the Orlando, Florida area and 2 nights in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area or Daytona Beach, Florida area; and an optional round trip cruise on Celebration Cruise line to the Bahamas for four persons. There is also a complimentary "bonus" Escape vacation of 2 night's hotel accommodations in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This "bonus" Escape vacation is not included within the base vacation package purchase price and is provided at no additional charge (excluding hotel taxes). All hotels are guaranteed to be rated at least 3 stars or higher. All Seasons offers this vacation substantially below the retail value in order to promote ownership at our partner resorts. Therefore, while on vacation in Orlando, you (and your spouse if married) will be required to attend a sales presentation on the benefits of acquiring ownership at one of our partner timeshare resorts in Florida lasting for part of one morning or afternoon. The partner resort will be identified upon your travel in Orlando. This promotion may be offered throughout the United States and elsewhere, however, it is void where prohibited by law and is not directed to residents in any state in which a registration of the timeshare plan is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met. Names and addresses obtained from this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare periods.

If any component of your vacation is not available with our advertised providers on your confirmed travel dates, All Seasons reserves the right to substitute accommodations of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, hotels will require identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from all destinations, meals (except on the cruise), hotel taxes (approx $6-12 per night), and incidentals such as telephone calls are not included. Cruise fees of approximately $299.00 per person are included in the cruise price. The retail value of the “base” Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and optional cruise portions of this vacation (excluding any bonus vacations) is approximately $2000.00, depending on time of year traveled. All Seasons shall remit full payment for the cost of the “base” Florida and optional cruise portions of this vacation (excluding any bonus vacations) to the providers/suppliers thereof within 10 business days of receipt of the purchaser’s initial payment. All hotel accommodations are for a maximum of 4 persons. One occupant must be at least 21 years of age. Full time students are not eligible. This vacation offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Terms and Conditions - Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale Vacations

The above General Terms and Conditions, to the extent applicable, are incorporated herein by reference. The Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale portions of this vacation package are offered on a “date certain” basis and you are entitled to travel on the Travel Dates indicated on the front of the Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale Reservation Forms. In an effort to meet your travel needs, however, All Seasons is pleased to process any requested changes to a confirmed reservation one-time free of charge, subject to availability and the following: all requests for changes must be made in writing accompanied by the reservation change request form and must be received by All Seasons not less than 45 days prior to the new requested travel date. Requests for changes may be subject to applicable fees. There is limited availability during holidays and peak demand times. Your reservations will be confirmed to you in writing. Do not book non-refundable airline flights until you have received your letter of confirmation from All Seasons . No-shows forfeit their scheduled vacation. No changes will be permitted within 72 hours of a confirmed travel date. All travel must be completed within 18 months from the “Issue Date” indicated on the front of this Reservation Form.

Terms and Conditions - Cruise Vacation

The above General Terms and Conditions, to the extent applicable, are incorporated herein by reference.

Cruise fees - for the optional cruise portion of the vacation - are approximately $199.00 - $299.00 per person are included in the cruise price. All US and Canadian born citizens must have valid proof of citizenship - a passport, certified birth certificate, or certified naturalization certificate. Resident aliens must travel with their "green cards." Visit http://travel.state.gov for official information as travel document requirements are subject to change. Travelers from other countries should check with the appropriate consulate to determine necessary travel documents. Failure to show proper documentation for immigration and customs may result in denial of boarding and no refunds will be provided. Cruise includes all meals and on-ship activities. Alcoholic beverages, shore excursions and other incidental charges are not included in this vacation and are your sole responsibility. The cruise currently departs from the port at Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Any cancellations, name changes, or revisions made 31 or more days prior to sailing are subject to a $25.00 per reservation change fee. Any cancellations, name changes or revisions, 30 to 8 days prior to sail date will be subject to a $50.00 per person penalty. There will be no refunds for cancellations 7 to 0 days prior to sailing or for no-shows on the day of sailing.

Terms and Conditions - Las Vegas Vacation

The above General Terms and Conditions, to the extent applicable, are incorporated herein by reference. You may use this portion of your vacation package in conjunction with your base vacation or as a separate vacation to be taken anytime up to 18 months after “issue date” printed at the top of this reservation form. Hotel taxes run $20.00 per night per room and must be paid when your reservation is confirmed. Las Vegas permits two guests per room at no charge. Additional guests require a surcharge of $15.00 to $30.00 per person per night.

Check-in is permitted Sun-Wed.

All reservation requests must be made in writing and cannot be accepted or confirmed via phone. The reservation request form must be completed in its entirety and received by All Seasons at least 45 days prior to the earliest requested travel date. Please send the original and retain a copy for your records. Availability is based on a first-come first-served basis. At least two travel dates must be specified and they must be at least 15 days apart. Be advised there is limited availability during holidays, conventions, and peak demand times. Allow at least 60 days if requesting holidays or other peak times as availability is limited. Your reservations will be confirmed to you in writing. Do not book non-refundable airline flights until you have received your letter of confirmation from All Seasons. No-shows forfeit their scheduled vacation. Confirmed reservations may be changed one-time free of charge, however, no changes will be permitted within 72 hours of a confirmed travel date. You may use this portion of your vacation package in conjunction with your base vacation or as a separate vacation to be taken anytime up to 18 months after “issue date” printed at the top of this reservation form. All reservation requests must be made in writing and cannot be accepted or confirmed via phone. The reservation request form must be completed in its entirety and received by All Seasons at least 45 days prior to the earliest requested travel date. Please send the original and retain a copy for your records. Availability is based on a first-come first-served basis. At least two travel dates must be specified and they must be at least 15 days apart. Be advised there is limited availability during holidays, conventions, and peak demand times. Allow at least 60 days if requesting holidays or other peak times as availability is limited. Your reservations will be confirmed to you in writing. Terms and Conditions of Vacation Transfer

The recipient (New Vacation Holder) of the transferred vacation is subject to all terms and conditions hereof. A vacation can only be transferred to an adult who is at least 21 years of age, who will be required to attend (with spouse if married) a sales presentation during part of a morning or afternoon on the benefits of acquiring an ownership interest at one of our partner timeshare resorts in Florida.

THE CONFIRMATION FORM, WHEN SUBMITTED FOR DATES, MUST BE SIGNED BY THE NEW VACATION HOLDER.
